Folqs, a fast-growing D2C supplement brand, seeks a Head of Growth to own and scale performance media and creative strategy for eCommerce. You will personally scale Meta campaigns, explore Google/TikTok, and lead a hands-on team including UGC creators and designers.

You should excel at direct-response advertising, data-driven decisions, and building repeatable systems with equity upside for strong performance. Remote, equity potential, and ownership supported.

Formación

• 4–6+ years creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has personally scaled campaigns (≥$50k/month).
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep direct-response advertising and customer psychology experience.
• Able to analyze accounts and funnels to identify changes quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale paid media with Meta as primary channel and Google/TikTok experience.
• Develop winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats from data and research.
• Build a systematic creative testing pipeline and identify winners fast.
• Analyze full-funnel performance from ads to landing pages for CAC/ROAS.
• Manage UGC creators, editors, and designers; hands-on with scripts/copy.
• Lead AI-enabled research, ideation, scripting, production, and analysis.
• Scale proven strategies into significant profitable spend.
• Improve funnels, landing pages, VSLs, and offers for acquisition efficiency.
