BairesDev is seeking a Test Automation Engineer (Selenium) to design and implement robust browser automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will connect development and QA by creating scalable test frameworks that streamline validation.

You will build Page Object models, manage Selenium Grid, and develop automated plans to identify defects early, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. This role offers 100% remote work with USD compensation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
• Proven expertise in browser automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands-on experience building Page Object frameworks and managing Selenium Grid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for automation scripting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Java or Python
• Build and optimize scalable page object model frameworks for efficient test maintenance
• Manage and configure Selenium Grid infrastructure to support parallel test execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated test plans to identify defects early
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
