Outlier invites experienced software engineers from Latin America to join a structured remote program that leverages your coding expertise to train AI models. As a QA Coder, you review AI-generated code, flag errors, and provide structured feedback that helps models learn to produce cleaner, more reliable output.

This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible, location-independent work. Core projects pay up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives tied to mission performance.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write CS questions to challenge AI models and push the boundaries of their coding ability.
