Outlier is building a remote program for LatAm's best software engineers. As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and write clear CS prompts.

This is a freelance 1099 contract open to residents of LATAM. Core projects pay up to $34 USD per hour, with additional incentive opportunities through Missions. Flexible work from anywhere with English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase at a technology company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models.
