Outlier invites you to join a structured remote program designed for LATAM software engineers to help train AI models by reviewing and rating AI-generated code.

As a QA Coder, you review code, rate model responses, and craft CS questions. Rates pay up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentives; this is a freelance 1099 contract, not employment.

Applicants from many LATAM countries are welcomed; strong English and production experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase in a tech company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions.
• Write clear computer science questions for prompts.
