South is seeking a JUNIOR Social Media Virtual Assistant to support client engagement and community management for Latin America-based engagements. You will monitor multiple platforms, respond in a professional voice, and help coordinate cross‑department interactions with Sales, Marketing and Leadership.

The role focuses on daily community interaction across Skool, Facebook, Discord and Slack, plus CRM record lookups in Salesforce, lead tagging, and timely handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing social media communities and engaging with a professional audience.
• Familiarity with multi-platform environments (Skool, Facebook, Discord, Slack).
• Ability to document interactions and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Daily Community Monitoring & Engagement across Skool, Facebook groups, Discord and client portals, replying in the voice of leadership.
• Client Record Lookup & Lead Tagging in Salesforce, distinguishing existing clients from warm leads.
• Cross-Departmental Handoffs to Sales Team Leads and routing urgent inquiries via Slack.
• Group & Network Growth by joining relevant groups and tracking potential contacts and proposals.
• Competitive Monitoring & Documentation with clear notes in sheets and daily handoffs.
