BairesDev is a fully remote company seeking an IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will bridge Client Services/Sales with the Talent Acquisition team, vet candidates end-to-end, and ensure time-to-market and revenue optimization.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
