Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Local Marketing & Partnerships to build and run local marketing across markets worldwide. You will own relationships with area managers, decide how markets obtain attention, and manage budgets and vendors from day one.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, experience in multi-location hospitality or tourism marketing, and the ability to operate remotely with a flexible schedule to match US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in local, regional or field marketing, partnerships or business development for a multi-location consumer brand.
• Experience planning and tracking marketing budgets across many locations or markets at once, and moving money when results indicate.
• Hands-on experience with branded merchandise, print and fulfillment: vendors, quotes, quality, timelines, inventory.
• Strong writing and speaking skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including small-town businesses and destination marketing teams.
• Nice to have: knowledge of U.S. destination and tourism markets; experience launching new locations or markets; event planning or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Define a scalable local plan for each market in collaboration with area managers.
• Determine and manage market budgets, returns, and the monthly business case.
• Source, pitch, and close local partners and campaigns to drive direct bookings and owner leads.
• Oversee local campaigns, content, promotions, and merchandise for each market.
• Coordinate the physical assets: branded materials, collateral, and vendor shipments to doors across markets.
