Coderio is seeking a FinOps Analyst to validate, analyze, and monitor end-to-end financial and transactional flows across multiple markets. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, or FinOps roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and oversee end-to-end reconciliation processes for financial flows and audit compliance.
• Review automated reconciliation outputs, analyze discrepancies, and identify issues.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all reconciliation and control processes are aligned with defined SLAs.
• Monitor financial flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.
• Support internal and external audit processes with clear documentation and traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within FinOps.
