Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a BI Analyst to become the functional expert in data collection from the new core system, mastering its logic to automate reconciliations between applications and to build management reporting and KPIs.

You will sustain data quality feeding the operation and regulatory reports within the Finance team, perform advanced data analysis, data mining, and process mining to drive continuous improvements in data governance.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in BI/Business Analyst roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data process automation (ETL, reconciliations, data quality checks).
• Desirable: exposure to data mining / process mining, and core system implementation projects.
• Key competencies: analytical rigor and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.

Responsabilidades

• Be the functional expert in the reports of the new core system, mastering its logic, capabilities and deliverables to act as a reference superuser.
• Design and implement automation of reconciliations between applications to ensure information integrity.
• Design and generate management reports, profitability analysis by product, KPIs and regulatory reports from core system data.
• Ensure data quality through regular checks, detection of inconsistencies, and continuous improvement of data governance processes.
• Proactively perform advanced data analysis - including data mining and process mining - to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
