BairesDev is seeking a DevTools Engineer to streamline the software lifecycle by building and optimizing high-performance build systems. You will empower engineering teams by reducing feedback loops and ensuring reproducible environments.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in DevTools/DevOps or software engineering.
• Expertise with Bazel and large-scale build systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and monorepo tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain large-scale build systems using Bazel.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines with Buildkite to enhance developer productivity.
• Design and implement hermetic build processes for consistency across environments.
• Manage monorepo tooling and strategies to handle complex codebases at scale.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in build and test cycles to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with software teams to automate internal workflows and promote engineering excellence.
