Job summary

Bluelight seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to design and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You will drive CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and incident response across a multi-cloud environment, with a strong security-first mindset.

You will collaborate with clients and teams across the Americas, overlapping US business hours, and contribute to challenging projects that require precision, reliability, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps roles with production systems.
• Hands-on AWS expertise across ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Docker-based containerization and ECS/Fargate orchestration experience.
• Strong CI/CD design, deployment automation, and rollback drills.
• Experience with observability tools and latency/latency budgets.
• Security-first mindset with vulnerability scanning and audit support.
• Experience with SOC 2 or similar audits and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC implementations.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and compliance evidence.
• Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews.
