Job summary

Bluelight is a leading software consultancy hiring a seasoned DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps professional. You will design, deploy, and secure scalable applications across AWS, ECS/Fargate, and multi-AZ databases, with a strong focus on reliability and performance.

You’ll lead CI/CD pipelines, IaC, incident response, and client security reviews, overlapping US business hours, and mentoring peers in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS including ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation experience.
• Security-focused with SOC 2 audit evidence experience.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure applications in AWS.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code implementations.
• Implement and monitor security, logging, and observability practices.
• Support SOC 2 audits and client security reviews.
• Operate incident response and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large projects.
