Bluelight is seeking a Senior Software Architect to design low-latency, secure, multi-tenant architectures in AWS with a focus on PostgreSQL/AuroraDB. You will lead engineering teams, provide ADR-driven documentation, and collaborate with clients across time zones while supporting SDK integrations and RESTful APIs.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and delivering high-quality, scalable software in a dynamic consulting environment.

Formación

• 8+ years software development experience, with 3+ years in an architecture-focused role.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Expertise in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience architecting SDK integrations to other services.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Mentoring and architecture reviews; leading engineering teams.
• Experience producing architecture documentation (ADRs) and diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Design low-latency service architectures in AWS.
• Architect secure multi-tenant environments with tradeoff analysis.
• Develop audit/evidence systems with append-only logs and versioned models.
• Document architecture decisions with ADRs and diagrams.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams.
