BairesDev is seeking an AI Research Scientist to lead the development of next-generation AI systems. You will work at the intersection of theory and application, transforming research into scalable foundations and multimodal capabilities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Research or ML roles.
• PhD or MS in Computer Science or Machine Learning with strong math.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX.
• Publications in RL, VLMs, or diffusion.
• Experience building foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced research into novel ML methods including RL, diffusion models, and VLMs.
• Design and implement high-performance deep learning architectures with PyTorch and JAX.
• Publish research findings and present at conferences.
• Develop algorithms for multimodal understanding based on solid math.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy research as AI features.
