Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain backend infrastructure powering AI-driven products. You will focus on building scalable data layers, event-driven runtimes, and robust third-party integrations in a fast-moving startup.

This remote LATAM role requires strong TypeScript/Node.js expertise, excellent English, and a passion for AI-assisted development. You’ll collaborate with founders and ship reliable software at scale.

Formación

• Strong backend development with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable data models and APIs.
• Proficient in asynchronous processing and distributed systems.
• Excellent English communication and independent work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript.
• Own and improve the platform's data layer and backend runtime.
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain integrations with multiple third-party APIs.
• Create adapter layers to normalize external data.
• Debug asynchronous queues and distributed workflows.
• Improve observability and reliability.
• Collaborate with founders to implement AI-powered workflows.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI development tools.
