Ideal candidates have 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI or Anthropic APIs. English communication for async collaboration with a US-based team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship automation roadmap as AI Software Engineer.
• Build production systems on top of AI models; not training models.
• Implement agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalents.
• Develop integrations with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and internal tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to deliver shipped workflows.
