Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop multi-step agentic systems that bridge generative AI models with functional tools and enable autonomous task execution.

You will join a 100% remote team, work with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes. Strong Python and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI or software engineering.
• Proven expertise building agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python and tool-calling/multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and observability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality.
• Architect complex workflows enabling multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance with transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement robust observability and monitoring for agent behavior and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes via agentic AI solutions.
