Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build advanced multi-step agentic systems that connect generative AI models with functional tools. You will orchestrate long-running workflows and drive real-world impact through autonomous agents.

The role requires strong Python expertise, experience with LangGraph/CrewAI/AutoGen, and a deep understanding of transformer architectures. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in building agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Strong Python skills with tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality.
Architect complex workflows enabling multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
Optimize agent performance leveraging transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
Implement robust observability and monitoring of agent behavior and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes with agentic AI solutions.
