Lenovo is seeking a Regional Operational Business Analyst to support Sales Operations and performance management across Latin America and Mexico. You will design Power BI dashboards, consolidate regional data, and provide data-driven insights to drive business execution.

You'll partner with stakeholders, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, leveraging your strong analytics and Excel skills in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, BI, or related roles.
• Advanced Power BI development experience is mandatory, including dashboards and data models.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Professional English proficiency, across written and spoken.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted partner to Sales Operations teams across Latin America and Mexico.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple countries into regional views and executive reporting.
• Prepare executive presentations and performance updates for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline progression across the region.
• Validate data from LPOS, OVP, and other systems to support decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
• Develop project portfolio reports with status and risk summaries.
• Collaborate with country teams to align regional reporting with local priorities.
• Drive reporting automation and process improvements using analytics tools.
