Mastercard seeks a Manager, Regional Insights and Analytics Product Manager for LAC to lead Custom Data Analytics and Business Experimentation. You will shape data product strategy and regional development across the Latin America and Caribbean region, aligning with partners and global teams.

The role emphasizes data innovation, go-to-market execution, and building strong partnerships to deliver differentiated analytics solutions for customers in LAC.

Formación

• Background in Products, Analytics and/or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of business development and client management.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to craft compelling product narratives and storytelling.
• Proven ownership, agility and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customized solutions in Advanced Analytics and Business Experimentation for LAC.
• Own P&L of custom Analytics and Business Experimentation; drive profitability.
• Oversee regional solution development and customization to meet market needs.
• Drive market testing of new concepts and optimize offerings based on insights.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across LAC; ensure successful sales and delivery.
• Collaborate with global product teams to align on market needs and roadmaps.
• Build regional partnerships to drive growth in LAC.
• Lead diversification in topics, markets and fund sources.
• Develop product narratives and storytelling for LAC customers.
• Increase product awareness through training, roadshows and marketing activities.
• Drive thought leadership to position Mastercard as an analytics innovator in LAC.
