Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services is seeking a Consultant – Business Experimentation to help clients leverage Test & Learn® and data-driven insights. You will translate complex analytics into actionable strategy, collaborate with senior teams, and drive experiments from design to deployment across industries.

Ideal candidates bring an undergraduate degree, strong data-analysis skills, and proven ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, technology, or data science, or proven work experience with data-driven analysis.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Logical, structured thinking with numerical analysis.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
• Eligibility to work in the country and for travel visas as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies leveraging data science tools including Test & Learn®.
• Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs, agenda, and risks.
• Develop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner.
• Provide analytical and technical subject matter guidance and drive client success through Test & Learn® adoption and competency.
