Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, seeks a Quality Coordinator for its plant in Santiago, Chile. You will oversee quality and inventory systems, lead ISO-related programs, and drive corrective actions for customer complaints to ensure production standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to document QA programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading or training colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 and quality systems.
• Ability to design and document QA programs.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the production system.
• Design and document quality assurance programs.
• Coordinate on-site ISO certification activities.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root-cause analyses.
• Conduct internal and third-party quality audits.
• Advise departments on quality issues and improvements.
• Review customer inventory reports for accuracy and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate physical inventories.
• Lead testing or laboratory analyses as needed.
• Train and coach staff and manage performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
