Formación

  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control leadership roles.
  • Proven knowledge in project management.

What The Job Looks Like

Every day you will enjoy different challenges such as:

  • Lead the governance of the Quality Control initiative and project portfolio.
  • Execute initiatives and projects that drive impact within the QC organization.
  • Guide and monitor the implementation of Global Operations Business System standards across analytical operations processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate Quality Control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the application of LEAN tools for analytical problem-solving.
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of actions related to GMP compliance and OPEX improvements.
  • Provide functional support according to the needs of the QC area.
  • Oversee the execution, supervision, and ongoing promotion of occupational health, safety, and environmental practices within the operation.
  • Review and maintain EHS Management System documentation.
  • Lead investigations of workplace and environmental incidents within the area.
  • Analyze identified non-conformities and define corrective and improvement actions.
  • Ensure alignment with legal requirements and internal standards.
  • Strictly adhere to ALCOA+ principles in all documentation processes associated with the role.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GxP requirements, and internal procedures across all QC activities.
  • Report any deviations or anomalies through the Quality Management System.
  • Manage and develop the team in a safe, engaging, and motivating environment aligned with the ambition of being a great place to work.
  • Conduct close and continuous performance management:
  • Ensure the team has clear objectives aligned with company strategy.
  • Support development through regular feedback, coaching, and 1:1 meetings.
  • Lead by example, promoting corporate values, continuous improvement, and a balanced focus on business results, employee development, engagement, and overall team experience.
What You'll Bring To The Table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

Mandatory Requirements
  • Advanced English level (C1)
  • ≥ 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in leadership roles within Quality Control
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Project Management
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (peers and directors)
Desired Requirements
  • Experience leading operational excellence initiatives in quality control areas
  • Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification (or similar) and experience applying RCA (Root Cause Analysis, continuous improvement, and recurrence elimination)
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical laboratories exporting to Europe, USA, or countries with high regulatory oversight
