Hoval France is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor customer complaints and guide corrective actions within a production environment. The role involves supporting process and product development, evaluating high‑risk manufacturing processes, and maintaining quality documentation.

Responsibilities include resolving quality issues, analyzing KPIs, conducting FMEA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, Planning).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in production quality.
• English level at least upper intermediate (B2).
• Experience handling customer complaints is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze customer complaints and define measures to resolve them.
• Provide quality support for process and product development and assess high-risk manufacturing processes.
• Resolve complaints and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare reports.

Job Description, Responsibilities And Duties

• Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints + defining measures to resolve them.
• Quality support for process and product development, assessing high-risk manufacturing processes, creating and updating quality management documentation.
• Resolving complaints and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Analyzing KPIs, reporting.
• Measuring parts using assigned measuring instruments, handling materials.
• Conducting FMEA analyses.
• Collaborating on quality improvement, 5S.
• Introduction of new products.
• Collaborating with the Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, and Planning departments.
• Coordination, reporting, participation in internal and external audits, participation in Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings, business trips, and assistance with inventory counts.
• Proposing improvements to processes and work procedures.
