Grünenthal Group seeks an experienced EHS professional in Chile to plan and lead preventive safety measures and environmental initiatives. You will monitor risk systems, maintain GMP/GxP compliance, and deliver training across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in EHS within manufacturing, and certifications in integrated management systems or ISO/OSHA auditing. Fluent in English and Spanish is essential for this international team.

Formación

• Degree in risk prevention or environmental engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing.
• Certification in ISO/OSHA auditing or integrated management systems.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and promote proactive measures to prevent workplace accidents, illnesses and environmental damage.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across safety, health and environmental domains.
• Implement and monitor systems for identifying hazards and risks.
• Review and maintain EHS documentation within established timelines.
• Deliver targeted training on safety and environmental topics.
• Maintain accurate statistics on incidents and environmental events.
• Ensure adherence to ALCOA+, GMP and GxP standards.
• Report deviations through the quality system and promote EHS activities.

What You’ll Bring To The Table
