Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a DCI Repair Technician to dismantle, clean, and inspect pumps and decoking equipment in Chile. You will use precision measurement tools to assess components and assemblies, repair or replace worn parts, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualified candidates have experience with rotating machinery, own tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with relevant experience in pump/rotating machinery repair.
• Experience with pumps or heavy machinery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Overtime work including weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, and inspect pumps and decoking equipment.
• Use precision inspection tools to measure components and assemblies.
• Repair and assemble equipment meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Communicate with production planners, engineers, and customers.
