Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a DCI Repair Technician in our operations team in Chile. You will dismantle, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps and decoking equipment, using precision tools and documenting measurements and condition.

The role requires adherence to quality standards and on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate has experience as a rotating machinery mechanic, HS Diploma/GED with relevant experience, and the ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with pumps or heavy machinery is preferred.
• Experience as a rotating machinery mechanic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions in pre-job briefings and complete checklists.
• Disassemble products to repair or replace defective parts.
• Inspect components and assemblies accurately and record results.
• Operate precision measuring tools and document condition.
• Coordinate with teams and customers to discuss pump conditions.
