Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to define and manage the product roadmap, ensure alignment with goals, and oversee lifecycle from inception to retirement. You will protect pricing differentiation and perform market research while engaging stakeholders to deliver market-ready products.

You’ll own the portfolio, develop brand strategies, and lead NPI processes with regional teams. Strong PMO experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing Management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills; PMO education is a plus.
• Proficient in English; and able to communicate with stakeholders.
• MBR: ability to interpret data, trends and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio – monitor costs, profitability, pricing and master data with regional teams.
• Develop the portfolio strategy for all brands using white space analysis and competitive activity.
• Generate growth by executing the Product Strategy and trade solutions.
• Lead the NPI process including portfolio definition, financials and launch readiness.
• Analyze category data for line reviews and be the main contact for internal sales on technical questions.
• Monitor channel information and track market activities for IBP preparation.
• Advise Marketing on pricing, NPI, and brand space conflicts.
• Develop local product roadmaps by trade/application in collaboration with regional teams.
• Deliver product training and materials for sales and customers.
