Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced Machining Operator to set up and operate a variety of machine tools for precision parts. You will interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances, use micrometers and dial indicators, and help maintain equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of machining experience in manufacturing or repair, along with an HS Diploma or GED. This on-site role offers hands-on work in a global flow-control leader with opportunities

Formación

• 2+ years machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills.
• HS Diploma / GED and/or 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient reading of calipers, micrometers and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Operate basic machine tools and carry out routine manufacturing tasks.
• Follow established processes to complete operational tasks.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and tooling.
• Follow health, safety and environmental instructions to protect workers and the site.
• Adhere to compliance procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret precision measurement tools and drawings.
• Communicate information clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow policies and procedures and align with organizational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
