Flowserve, a world-leading manufacturer of flow-control systems, is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct operations teams and optimize production flow. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while promoting a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams across machining, welding, and assembly, applying Lean methodologies and monitoring KPIs to maximize efficiency and profitability for our customers worldwide.

Formación

• Advanced leadership and management of technical teams in manufacturing or machine shops.
• Ability to plan, schedule and balance workload across machining, welding, assembly and testing.
• Experience managing production KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Knowledge of ASME, ASTM and API standards.
• Ability to handle complex contingencies and maintain decisive leadership.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production orders across work centers.
• Lead technical and operat ional teams in manufacturing environments.
• Monitor KPIs like machine utilization, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean tools (AMEF, VSM, 5S/6S, SMED) and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure quality with ISO standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain and Safety to maintain compliance.
• Manage attendance, shifts, overtime and labor regulations.
