Flowserve Chile S.A. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and inspect CNC equipment for stainless-steel components. You will follow drawings, ensure quality control, and maintain machines to high standards.

The role requires basic calibration of machine settings, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with 3-axis and 5-axis turning and milling processes. Prior experience in a machine shop is preferred.

Formación

• HS Diploma / GED and/or 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read drawing documentation and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC machining on multiple axes including 3-axis turning, 5-axis turning, and milling.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC Machining equipment (3-axis turning, 5-axis turning and milling).
• Follow drawings and blueprints with attention to detail.
• Ensure quality control and perform daily machine maintenance.
• Understand and adjust machine settings for stainless steel materials.
• Perform machining on various materials including stainless steel and other duties as assigned.

Role Summary: Flowserve is hiring for an experienced CNC Machinist. In this position you will be responsible for the CNC machining and inspecting of manufactured components from the stainless-steel materials.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for the operation of CNC Machining (3- axis turning, 5-axis turning and milling operations).
• Able to follow drawing documentation and blueprints, paying close attention to detail.
• Ensuring quality control and daily machine maintenance.
• Full understanding of machine settings.
• The ability to perform machining on a variety of materials including Stainless steel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience solving technical problems.
• Ability to perform general machine shop math and calculations.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as scales and calipers.
• HS Diploma / GED and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
