Ravago Manufacturing Americas is looking for a sales professional based in Santiago, Chile. The role involves developing and executing commercial activities to generate new business opportunities in high-performance polyolefin resins while maintaining existing customer relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the flexible packaging market. The position requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills as well as technical knowledge of plastic resins.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the flexibles/films segment.
• Strongly preferred: Previous experience in distribution companies.
• Plus: Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined group of assigned customers, handling day-to-day business.
• Position the product portfolio to create and close new opportunities.
• Drive growth within the assigned customer base, identifying upselling opportunities.
