Ferrero Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company team. You will drive plant performance improvement by leading the implementation of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives, partnering with Plant Managers to deliver operational priorities.

The role requires engineering excellence, strong experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and project management, and fluency in Spanish and English to coordinate across

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management in industrial environments.
• Strong communication skills and bilingual Spanish and English.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
• Results-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Rollout Ferrero Operational Excellence and Lean culture.
• Define and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and training plans with plant stakeholders.
• Coach teams via train-the-trainer approach; build ownership and capability.
• Monitor and report progress on Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Lead deployment of Smart Factory initiatives and ensure local execution.
• Track performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Assist development of Plant Master Plan by consolidating inputs from all departments.
• Monitor Master Plan initiatives and report progress to plant leadership.
• Lead plant budget planning and coordinate monthly financial closure and follow-up.
