NHS Fife Occupational Therapy Service is seeking a Band 4 Occupational Therapy support worker to join the Medical OT team. The role is based in the acute medical wards at the Victoria Hospital, with potential to support OT activity across the hospital and travel within Fife for equipment delivery or follow-up visits.

You will assist in delivering client-centered ADL interventions to promote discharge from hospital and return to independence.

Formación

• Good communication skills and flexible approach.
• Ability to carry out allocated tasks independently, effectively and to a high standard.
• Previous experience with patients with varying conditions and complex needs is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Occupational Therapy team in delivering client-centered interventions to promote discharge from hospital.
• Support delivery of a range of ADL-focused interventions to return to independence.
• Participate in education and development programmes with regular supervision.
