Airbus Helicopters Chile S.p.A. is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contract execution for new helicopters and after‑sales services, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑cost delivery.

You will coordinate with MRO centers and the Airbus Training Academy, reporting to top management on complex contracts and managing diverse stakeholders. This on‑site role in La Reina requires experience in aeronautical project management, strong financial skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Experience in the aeronautical industry and in managing projects.
• Solid financial acumen for budgeting and invoicing processes.
• Willingness to communicate in Spanish and English during interviews and in work.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and ensure on time, on quality and on cost the execution of contracts related to new helicopters and its after sales services (including maintenance).
• Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.
• Report to top management the status of complex contracts.
• Manage internal, external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.
• Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.
• Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.
• Support offers preparation and the build of commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.
• Support commercial and finance departments for the invoicing process.
• Follow up and conduct lessons learned related to contracts in execution.
• Collaborate with delivery surveys & customer satisfaction action plans.
• Foster continuous improvement within commercial and transversal processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in aeronautical industry & project management.
• Financial proficiency.
• Industrial, Aeronautical or Commercial engineering degree.
• Spanish and English mandatory (to be tested during the interview process).
• Proactive, high communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.

Contract type:

• Permanent contract
• 40 working hours per week
• On‑site in La Reina
