Kibernum is seeking a Senior Network Engineer L3 – Security Service Edge (SSE) to join our global IT Infrastructure team and support enterprise-grade network and security services across regions.

You will lead L3 troubleshooting for SSE platforms like Zscaler, Netskope, and FWaaS, collaborate with international teams, and drive incident analysis, automation, and documentation, while maintaining strong English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and network environments.
• Hands-on experience with SSE technologies (Zscaler, Netskope).
• Experience with network security: firewall solutions.
• Networking tech: Cisco, Juniper, Meraki; SD-WAN.
• Cloud networking knowledge (AWS/Azure) desirable.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• ITIL/service management knowledge (certification desirable).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support for network and security services.
• Manage and troubleshoot SSE solutions (ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS).
• Participate in major incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Support network operations, migrations, and service transitions.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders across countries.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer L3 – Security Service Edge (SSE) to join a global IT Infrastructure team and support enterprise-level network and security services across multiple regions.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Security Service Edge technologies, who enjoy working in international environments and collaborating with global teams.

What will you do?

• Provide Level 3 technical support for network and security services.
• Manage and troubleshoot Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS).
• Participate in major incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support network operations, projects, migrations, and service transitions.
• Work with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different countries.
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and standardization of infrastructure services.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to Level 2 teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network environments.
• Strong experience managing enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience with Security Service Edge (SSE) technologies such as:
• Zscaler
• Netskope
• Experience with network security technologies:
• Firewall solutions
• Experience with networking technologies:
• Cisco
• Juniper
• Meraki
• SD-WAN solutions
• Knowledge of cloud networking environments (AWS and/or Azure is desirable).
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL/service management principles (certification desirable/required).

Language Requirement

Fluent English is mandatory (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken, as this role works daily with global teams and international stakeholders.
