Kuehne+Nagel in Chile seeks a National Project Logistics Pricing Manager to lead pricing, procurement, tender management, and supplier engagement for multimodal and specialized cargo. You will work with sales, operations, and global networks to drive commercial excellence and growth in Project Logistics across the country.

You will guide complex quotations, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure high service quality and compliance while collaborating with regional teams on strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 8+ years in freight forwarding or project logistics with pricing responsibility.
• Experience developing complex multimodal quotations for project cargo.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics pricing, cost modeling and margin management.
• Professional proficiency in English and leadership of specialized teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the national Project Logistics Pricing team across transport modes and cargo types.
• Drive strategic sourcing and supplier management to secure competitive pricing while maintaining service quality and compliance.
• Provide commercial leadership for quotations, tenders and project opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Monitor pricing performance using KPI management, margin control, and win/loss analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Tender and Operations to deliver innovative logistics solutions.

As a National Project Logistics Pricing Manager

You will lead the national Project Logistics pricing function in Chile, overseeing pricing, procurement, tender management, and supplier engagement for multimodal and specialized cargo opportunities. Working closely with sales, business development teams, operational stakeholders, and global networks, you will drive commercial excellence while supporting the continued growth of the Project Logistics business.

• Lead and develop the national Project Logistics Pricing team, ensuring expertise across all transport modes and specialized cargo solutions.
• Drive strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives to secure competitive pricing while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and compliance.
• Provide commercial leadership for complex quotations, tenders, and project opportunities, maximizing profitability and supporting business growth.
• Monitor pricing performance through KPI management, margin control, and win/loss analysis to continuously improve commercial results.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Tender, and Operations teams to deliver innovative and customer-focused logistics solutions.

What we would like you to bring

• 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, heavy lift logistics, or related sectors, with direct responsibility for pricing, procurement, and tender management.
• Proven experience developing complex multimodal quotations for project cargo, oversized shipments, breakbulk, charter, air, sea, and road transportation.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with a track record of improving competitiveness, profitability, and service quality.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics pricing, procurement, cost modeling, margin management, and financial analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English and demonstrated leadership experience managing specialized teams in dynamic and international environments.
