Curvion Blue is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting across multiple client accounts. You will oversee day‑to‑day accounting, review Staff Accountant work, manage month‑end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting for diverse clients.

The role requires strong full‑cycle accounting, GAAP knowledge, and ability to coordinate across multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and accrual accounting.
• Experience with month-end close.
• Experience reviewing accounting work of others.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accounting function for assigned client accounts.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records.
• Perform and oversee full-cycle accounting processes.
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules prepared by Staff Accountants.
• Review and approve journal entries prepared by Staff Accountants.
• Perform P&L scrubs and balance sheet reviews.
• Ensure financial statements and supporting information are accurate and complete.
• Review financial notes and financial packages and KPIs to align with data.
• Own the month-end close timeline for assigned clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants; coach on technical skills.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues with Controllers and leadership.
