Position Overview
PADF seeks a full-time Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for an upcoming U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Project in Chile. This project will address unfair labor practices and reduce labor-related risks within critical minerals supply chains through technical guidance, policy development, and regulatory enforcement, thereby helping to level the playing field for American workers and businesses. The M&E Officer will be based in Chile. This position is contingent on funding. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A key member of the project leadership team, the M&E Officer will:
