Axyde Analytics is seeking a Chile-based Field Implementation and Data Manager for a 36-month assignment in the copper supply chain. The role requires frequent travel within Chile, strong operational oversight of field teams, data capture and documentation, and close collaboration with project leadership.

Candidates must have 5+ years in field operations, professional Spanish and working English, and the ability to obtain Chile work authorization. LOE is 75–100% with potential prorating.

Formación

• Experience with informed consent, confidentiality, data security, safeguarding and supervision of field personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute multi-site field schedules, logistics, access, safety and documentation.
• Supervise enumerators or field personnel and maintain training, consent, confidentiality and escalation controls.
• Manage secure field-data capture, verification, transfer, issue logs and evidence files.
• Coordinate site stakeholders, interviews, worker-engagement sessions and follow-up actions.
• Support the Project Director, labor lead and MEL Officer with timely, auditable evidence while protecting participants.
• Maintain field budgets, travel records, document control and delivery calendars.

Chile Field Implementation and Data Manager

Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks proposed project personnel for a contingent U.S. Department of Labor/ILAB critical-minerals initiative in Chile's copper supply chain. This Chile-based position is not currently designated as key personnel.

Location and commitment

Antofagasta preferred; Santiago candidates with demonstrated mining-region access may be considered. Frequent Chile field travel is required. Anticipated 36-month period and approximately 75-100% level of effort.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-site field schedules, logistics, access, safety and documentation.

Must-have qualifications

• At least 5 years managing multi-site field implementation, research operations, workforce programs or comparable delivery.
• Professional Spanish and working English.
• Legal authorization to perform the proposed work in Chile without Axyde sponsorship; Chilean citizenship is not required.
• Demonstrated Chile mining-region access or logistics experience.
• Experience with informed consent, confidentiality, secure data, safeguarding/escalation and supervision of field personnel.
• Ability to travel frequently within Chile and manage schedules, budgets and controlled documentation.

Compensation

Planning range: USD 40,000-65,000 annualized equivalent, prorated to final LOE and subject to award, market reasonableness and negotiation.
