Merck Healthcare Chile seeks a Marketing/Business Analyst to analyze data, track KPIs, and support decision-making across five business units. You will manage budgets, coordinate events, and develop marketing plans while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

The role requires advanced Excel, experience with SAP/CRM systems, and strong cross-team collaboration. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with English reading skills is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business admin, economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, business analysis or commercial management.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms or similar systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare periodic reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Track KPIs and department initiatives and report findings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans and insights.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting in line with policies.
• Coordinate national and international events with budgets and invites.
• Produce promotional materials and ensure compliance with policies.
• Draft, manage and archive contracts and key documents.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor interns.
