The Manager, SAM Operational Management & Performance is the analytical backbone and management-system owner for the South America Regional Operating Hub. The role supports a multi-country, multi-plant network across Chile, Peru and Brazil by owning the regional operating cadence, performance governance, reporting, process standardisation, continuous improvement and operational-audit framework.

Strong planning, Lean/Kaizen, standard work, KPI governance, SAP/ERP and data‑analysis capability. Able to influence across functions without direct authority and provide concise, decision‑ready recommendations to senior leadership.
Desirable: Lean Six Sigma; experience with rubber, poly‑met, screening media or similar manufacturing; Power BI/analytics; Spanish and English fluency, Portuguese beneficial.
