Formación

• Must be a recent University graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably graduate in Business Administration or related fields.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).

Responsabilidades

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions.
• Monitor the sales operations process and initiatives.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports.
• Data entry in CRM.
• Document campaign execution using appropriate systems; work with manager/expert as needed.
• Contract tracking.
• Central contact and other ad-hoc support for the team.
• Manage workflows and monitor POs, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
• Prepare and follow up meetings and larger external events for Managers.
