SAP Chile Next Gen is seeking recent university graduates for Sales Operations roles in Santiago. This temporary position spans 6 months up to 2 years.

You will perform administrative tasks, monitor sales operations, and enter data in CRM. You will also document campaigns, track contracts, and support managers with ad-hoc requests.

Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required, along with a curious, proactive mindset and teamwork orientation.

Formación

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably a graduate of Business Administration and/or related studies.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).

Responsabilidades

• Administrative tasks and daily office functions.
• Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives.
• Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports.
• Data entry in CRM.
• Document all the campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly.
• Contract tracking.
• Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by manager and his/her team.
• Managing workflows and monitoring items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
• Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers.
