Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, including machining, welding, assembly, and testing, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and a data-driven approach to improve profitability and throughput.

You will manage production personnel, review material needs with Supply Chain, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and environmental requirements while maintaining a zero-defect culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial services.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily production orders across multiple work centers.
• Lead and supervise technical and operational teams in manufacturing environments.
• Monitor KPIs such as machine utilization, labor efficiency, productivity, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze production performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving tools (AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED).
• Promote 5S/6S and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality and safety standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality and Supply Chain on materials, tools, and parts.
