Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and oversee operations across machining, welding, assembly, and testing. You will ensure efficient production, optimize resources, and maintain a safe, high-performance environment while meeting quality standards and ISO requirements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and On-Time Delivery. Strong leadership and a data-driven approach are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial services.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 management systems.
• Leadership in shift supervision or shop management within manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily production orders across work centers.
• Lead and supervise technical and operational teams in manufacturing environments.
• Monitor KPIs: machine utilization, labor efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework, OT delivery.
• Apply Lean methodologies (AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED) and root-cause analysis.
• Promote 5S/6S, safety practices, ISO compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
