Dyno Nobel is seeking a Lead Engineer to provide engineering leadership across its EMEA and LATAM businesses, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable delivery of engineering support, standards and major capital projects.

You will lead engineering teams, drive governance, improve asset reliability, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and work closely with operations to optimize performance while upholding a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, chemicals or similar industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, governance and capital project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

As Lead Engineer, you will provide engineering leadership across Dyno Nobel's EMEA and LATAM businesses, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of engineering support, technical standards, governance and major capital projects. Working closely with operational and project teams, you'll play a critical role in driving engineering excellence, supporting business growth and ensuring assets perform safely and effectively.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading engineering governance, technical standards and assurance across EMEA and LATAM
• Supporting the successful delivery of major capital and business development projects
• Providing technical leadership to improve asset reliability, performance and operational efficiency

• Proven experience leading engineering teams, technical governance and capital project delivery
