O3XO, the AI consulting arm of O3 World, seeks a senior LLM engineer to own delivery on live client engagements and build production-grade applications.

You will integrate with client systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, Snowflake, HubSpot, Procore), design retrieval and prompt strategies, and drive client demos.

This fast-moving role requires deep hands-on expertise and clear communication with executives across US Eastern hours.

Formación

• 5+ years building and deploying production software with LLM-powered applications.
• Ability to explain how LLM performance was measured and monitored; improvements made.
• Lead a client engagement and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
• AI: Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, MCP, prompt caching, evaluation design.
• Programming: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, SQL.
• Frontend: Next.js, React; production web apps, not frontend-focused.
• Cloud: Azure deployments in client-owned tenants and enterprise networking.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery on assigned workstreams, including scope, release timing, and client relationship.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into prioritized use cases and cost projections.
• Build and ship production LLM apps, typically Next.js with Vercel AI SDK, or Python services.
• Implement context engineering: retrieval, hybrid/agentic search, prompt caching, tools.
• Build eval harnesses and track accuracy metrics aligned with client workflows.
• Publish architecture decisions and project recaps with owners and next steps.
• Handle client data per enterprise security standards and privacy regulations.
