You will advance prompt engineering practices, ensure robust evaluation, and contribute to a top-tier portal UX across a fully remote global team.

The role demands 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python skills, and deep experience with LLM deployments, plus English fluency.

Lead AI Engineer – Python at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead the development of reusable AI asset libraries, building the skill and prompt catalogs that let teams reuse proven AI components rather than reinvent them. Designing APIs for catalog services with proper versioning, tagging, and access control, you'll bring engineering discipline to how AI assets are managed at scale.
